Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on location.
• Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns only if:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Defective product received

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• All accessories, box, and invoice must be returned.
• No return for customer-caused damage.
• No return for wrong product selection or change of mind.

Refund Process

• Inspection will be done after product pickup.
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
